Job Description

Join our team at Unilever as a Production Machine Operator/Technical Operator for our 12-hour night shifts on a 2/2/3 schedule. As a key member of our production team, you will operate and maintain machinery to ensure the efficient and timely production of our high-quality products. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and have a strong technical aptitude.   1. Operate production machinery: Operate and monitor various production machines in accordance with company standards and safety protocols.
  2. Maintain machinery: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure they are in good working condition and minimize downtime.
  3. Monitor production: Keep a close eye on production processes, identify any issues or malfunctions, and take corrective action to maintain efficient production.
  4. Ensure product quality: Conduct regular quality checks on products and adjust machine settings as needed to maintain consistent and high-quality products.
  5. Follow safety protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
  6. Troubleshoot issues: Identify and troubleshoot machinery issues, making adjustments or repairs as needed to keep production running smoothly.
  7. Record keeping: Maintain accurate production records and logs, including machine maintenance and production output, and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
  8. Work as a team: Collaborate with other production team members to meet production goals and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Follow schedules: Adhere to the 2/2/3 schedule and work 12-hour night shifts to ensure continuous production.
  10. Train new employees: Assist in training new team members on machine operations and safety protocols.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in production technology to improve efficiency and productivity.

Job Qualifications
