  1. Develop and execute data and analytics strategies to support the overall business goals of Unilever.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data and analytics needs and prioritize projects accordingly.
  3. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data and analytics tools and techniques.
  4. Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and backlog for data and analytics initiatives.
  5. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the data and analytics team.
  6. Ensure timely delivery of data and analytics projects, while maintaining high quality standards.
  7. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success and impact of data and analytics initiatives.
  8. Communicate progress, challenges, and insights to relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.
  9. Provide training and support to team members and other stakeholders on data and analytics tools and techniques.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve data and analytics processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources for data and analytics projects.
  12. Adhere to data privacy and security regulations and ensure compliance in all data and analytics activities.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the data and analytics team.
  14. Represent Unilever and the data and analytics team in external events and conferences.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of Unilever by identifying new opportunities for leveraging data and analytics.
