Processing Engineer - R&D

The process Engineer is responsible to ensure that existing and new technologies in the field of meat replacement products are utilized in the most effective way in the manufacturing network and secure highest quality standards. In his/her role, the candidate will support landing innovations and renovation with his/her strong background in processing and workstream leadership. Lead/support processing workstream for plant-based products. Support R&D initiatives of innovation, quality, nutrition, cost savings, complexity reduction and sustainability by design. Ensure high quality documentation of work in available software systems (eg PLM). Lead design and validation of processes in Pilot Plant and SC network; setting up design of experiments and running tests. To support with technical information in case of need to protect processing technology/formulation IP. Analyze and interpret data with guidance on final conclusions & use of digital tools and predictive modeling.
