- Build and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts to drive sales growth and achieve company objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize profitability and market share.
- Conduct regular business reviews with national accounts to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure effective and timely execution of account strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with national accounts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, consumer trends, and market insights to inform account strategies.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and support their career growth.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and promoting our products and values.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In A National Account Management Role.
Strong Understanding Of The Consumer Packaged Goods Industry And Retail Landscape.
