  10. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Media COE through testing and implementing new tools, technologies, and processes.
  11. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of media plans.
  12. Train and educate team members on media best practices and industry developments.
  13. Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
  14. Represent Unilever in industry events and conferences to stay connected with the media landscape and build relationships.
  15. Contribute to the development of the Media COE's long-term vision and strategy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Media, Communication, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Media Planning, Media Strategy, Or Media Buying.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing A Team.

  • Proficiency In Media Planning And Buying Tools And Platforms, Such As Nielsen, Kantar, And Adobe.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
