
Insights Manager - Data & Analytics

- Conduct market and consumer research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the consumer goods industry.
- Develop and implement data collection methods and tools to gather customer insights, including surveys, focus groups, and customer feedback.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and key insights that can inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Present insights and findings to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data and analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
- Lead the development and management of dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources.
- Mentor and train junior team members on data analysis techniques and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with the data engineering team to optimize data collection and storage processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline data analysis and reporting.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on data interpretation and application of insights to achieve business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert on data and analytics within the organization and participate in industry conferences and events.
Bachelor's Degree In Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In A Consumer Goods Or Fmcg Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Data Mining Techniques And Experience With Data Visualization Tools.
Proficiency In Sql, Python, And/Or R. Familiarity With Data Management And Visualization Software Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Translate Complex Data Into Actionable Insights For Non-Technical Stakeholders.
