  1. Conduct market and consumer research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the consumer goods industry.
  2. Develop and implement data collection methods and tools to gather customer insights, including surveys, focus groups, and customer feedback.
  3. Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and key insights that can inform business decisions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  5. Present insights and findings to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data and analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
  7. Lead the development and management of dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources.
  9. Mentor and train junior team members on data analysis techniques and best practices.
  10. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain data integrity and security.
  11. Collaborate with the data engineering team to optimize data collection and storage processes.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline data analysis and reporting.
  13. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on data interpretation and application of insights to achieve business objectives.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on data and analytics within the organization and participate in industry conferences and events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In A Consumer Goods Or Fmcg Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Mining Techniques And Experience With Data Visualization Tools.

  • Proficiency In Sql, Python, And/Or R. Familiarity With Data Management And Visualization Software Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Translate Complex Data Into Actionable Insights For Non-Technical Stakeholders.
