- Collaborate with the Indirect Marketing Procurement Manager to develop and implement effective procurement strategies for marketing services and materials across global markets.
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Work closely with marketing teams to understand their needs and align procurement processes with their objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor and track supplier performance, and address any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and sustainability, to align procurement processes with the company's goals and objectives.
- Analyze data and use insights to make data-driven decisions in procurement processes.
- Continuously seek opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to inform procurement strategies.
- Assist in managing budgets and forecasting expenses related to indirect marketing procurement.
- Train and mentor junior procurement team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement activities.

Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Indirect Marketing, Preferably Within A Global Company.
Strong Understanding Of Marketing Procurement Processes, Including Contract Negotiation And Supplier Management.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Market Research, With A Focus On Identifying Cost-Saving Opportunities And Driving Efficiencies Within The Procurement Process.
