  1. Conduct data analysis: Use advanced statistical and analytical techniques to extract insights from various data sources related to our ice cream products, such as sales data, consumer behavior data, and market trends.
  2. Develop predictive models: Utilize machine learning and other statistical methods to develop predictive models that can help us anticipate consumer preferences and market trends, and inform product development and marketing strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with teams across the organization, including product development, marketing, and supply chain, to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  4. Identify growth opportunities: Use data insights to identify potential growth opportunities for our ice cream brands and make recommendations for new product development, pricing strategies, and market expansion.
  5. Monitor and track performance: Continuously monitor and track the performance of our ice cream products and provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in data science and apply them to our ice cream business.
  7. Communicate findings: Effectively communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and visually, to drive data-informed decision making.
  8. Ensure data accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data being used for analysis and develop processes to maintain data quality.
  9. Drive innovation: Proactively seek out new data sources and explore innovative ways to use data to improve our ice cream products and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Mathematical And Statistical Skills: A Data Scientist At Unilever Should Have A Strong Foundation In Mathematics And Statistics To Be Able To Analyze And Interpret Large Datasets.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages: Candidates Should Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, Or Sql To Manipulate, Clean, And Analyze Data. Knowledge Of Data Visualization Tools Like Tableau Is Also Preferred.
