Export Coordinator

The role acts as a gate keeper for new customer ship tos and an escalation point for inter/intra-company receiving units, The Export Compliance Coordinator leverages our transportation and warehousing teams to assist in servicing our international customers in a timely, efficient manner. The Coordinator also facilitates requests for changes to our Forwarders after the orders have been booked and monitors for incoterm compliance in accordance with the global maritime insurance policy. Supervise the order and stock transfer process for all inter/intra-company sales (over $250M USD sales annually) Leverage 3rd party suppliers to manage daily activities (order entry, BOL changes, etc). Coordinate with transportation on all new customers, lanes. Issue resolution with customers and forwarders requiring immediate action. DC management specifically for international loads. Export projects.
