  1. Develop and implement a strategic plan for digital transformation within the research and development department.
  2. Identify and evaluate emerging digital technologies and trends that could enhance product development processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions into existing processes and systems.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of digital experts to drive successful adoption and implementation of digital initiatives.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to stay informed of industry developments and potential collaborations.
  6. Monitor and track the progress and impact of digital initiatives, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  7. Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision making and drive continuous improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all digital initiatives.
  9. Develop and manage budgets for digital projects and initiatives.
