- Manage and maintain relationships with key retail accounts in the HABA category.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and increase market share for HABA brands.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and recommend strategies to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment and execution of sales plans.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
- Negotiate and secure new business opportunities with potential retail partners.
- Train and educate retail partners on new products, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide recommendations for improvement to drive sales and profitability.
- Manage trade spend budget and ensure effective utilization to achieve sales objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Represent Unilever and its HABA brands at industry events and conferences.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethical business conduct.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance job performance.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Fmcg Or Consumer Goods Industry, With A Focus On Haba (Health And Beauty) Products.
Strong Understanding Of Sales And Account Management Principles, With A Proven Track Record Of Achieving Targets And Driving Growth.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Experience Using Crm Systems And Ms Office.
