As the Customer Strategy & Planning Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability for our customer base. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer strategy and planning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.   • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability for Unilever's customer base
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer-centric initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency in customer strategy
  • Monitor and track customer performance metrics to measure the success of strategic plans
  • Identify potential risks and proactively develop solutions to mitigate them
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for customer strategy initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer strategy and planning
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Present strategic plans and reports to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Customer Strategy And Planning, Preferably In A Consumer Goods Company.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience In Data Analysis And Forecasting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Successful Customer Strategy And Planning Initiatives, With A Focus On Customer Retention And Revenue Growth.
