  1. Develop and execute category strategies that align with the overall business goals of Unilever.
  2. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimize category performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to ensure alignment and execution of category plans.
  4. Utilize data and insights to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences, and make recommendations for new product development.
  5. Monitor and analyze category performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform category strategies.
  7. Lead the development of category budgets and plans, and ensure effective implementation and monitoring.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing support and guidance to drive category growth.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on category management and planning, providing guidance and training to team members.
  10. Proactively identify risks and opportunities within the category, and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  11. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve category performance and drive business growth.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, presenting category strategies and plans in a clear and concise manner.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, regularly reviewing and optimizing category strategies and processes.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all activities.
  15. Represent Unilever in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Category Management And Strategic Planning, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Market Data And Trends To Develop Effective Category Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Category Plans, Leading To Increased Sales And Market Share.
