  1. Support the development and execution of Unilever's global strategy.
  2. Identify and evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions opportunities.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis and due diligence on potential M&A targets.
  4. Develop business cases and financial models to support decision making.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful M&A integration.
  6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  7. Communicate and present strategy and M&A recommendations to senior leadership.

  9. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of Unilever's strategy and M&A processes.
  10. Act as a key contributor to Unilever's purpose-driven business practices and sustainability initiatives.
  11. Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices related to strategy and M&A.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
  14. Mentor and develop junior team members to support their growth and development.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within Unilever.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Strategy Development, Project Management, And/Or M&A At A Multinational Corporation Or Consulting Firm.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Projects Within Tight Timelines.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Financial Data To Support Decision Making.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
