- Support the development and execution of Unilever's global strategy.
- Identify and evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions opportunities.
- Conduct thorough analysis and due diligence on potential M&A targets.
- Develop business cases and financial models to support decision making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful M&A integration.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Communicate and present strategy and M&A recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of Unilever's strategy and M&A processes.
- Act as a key contributor to Unilever's purpose-driven business practices and sustainability initiatives.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices related to strategy and M&A.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to support their growth and development.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within Unilever.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Strategy Development, Project Management, And/Or M&A At A Multinational Corporation Or Consulting Firm.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Projects Within Tight Timelines.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Financial Data To Support Decision Making.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
