Associate Quality Process Engineer

Work with product formulators, packaging engineers and quality process engineers on product scale up to ensure successful qualification and commercialization of new or renovated product(s). Conduct line trials to assess capability, qualify and commercialize new or modified formulas, processes, equipment, packaging and/or products at new and existing manufacturing partners. (Develop knowledge and skills over time to design line trial plans). Develop, maintain and optimize product specifications, test methodologies and procedures (distribute where/as needed). Manage and complete Quality Process Engineering related tasks for new or renovated product launches. Develop and assist in the implementation of standards and methods for quality systems, manufacturing processes, testing, evaluation, etc. Track manufacturing partner/quality metrics as part of Manufacturing Partner Performance Process/Review. Facilitate change management process with manufacturing partners.
