- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on the latest beauty and social media trends to provide valuable insights for our brands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies based on consumer insights and market trends.
- Utilize data and analytics tools to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as market research agencies, to gather additional insights and enhance our understanding of the market.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports and presentations to key stakeholders, including senior management, to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve our approach to consumer insights and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with global teams to align on best practices and share learnings across markets.
- Support the development of brand innovation and product launches by providing insights and recommendations.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of our company's sustainability goals and incorporate these into all aspects of the job.
- Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of consumer and market insights.

Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Market Research And Data Analysis, Preferably In The Beauty Or Social Media Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Social Media Platforms And Their Impact On Consumer Behavior.
Experience With Consumer Research Methods Such As Surveys, Focus Groups, And Data Mining.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Insights And Recommendations To Cross-Functional Teams.
