- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies for category brands to drive growth and profitability in retail channels.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and successful execution of trade marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with brand teams to develop and implement effective trade promotions, pricing strategies, and in-store activations that support brand objectives and drive sales.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of trade marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and optimizing ROI.
- Act as the main point of contact for retail customers, developing and maintaining strong relationships and providing support for all trade marketing activities.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations to internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating trade marketing plans and results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in trade marketing, bringing new ideas and innovation to the team.
- Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources to achieve business objectives.
- Represent Unilever and our brands at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
- Hire, train, and develop trade marketing team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and success.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Trade Marketing, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Category Management Principles And Experience In Developing And Executing Trade Marketing Strategies.
Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Market Data To Identify Opportunities For Growth.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
