- Develop and implement innovative strategies for the TRESemmé brand to drive growth and increase market share.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for the brand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans that align with brand objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to gain insights and make informed decisions.
- Manage and track brand budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Work closely with the product development team to develop and launch new products that meet consumer needs and align with brand positioning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, suppliers, and external agencies.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the TRESemmé brand at events and conferences.
- Stay informed on competitor activity and make recommendations to maintain the brand's competitive edge.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure all brand messaging and communications are consistent with brand guidelines and values.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the beauty industry to identify new opportunities for the brand.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Make Strategic Business Decisions.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Brand Management, Preferably In The Beauty Or Personal Care Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products Or Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Across Cross-Functional Teams.
