- Develop and execute brand strategies to drive growth and increase market share for assigned brands.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities for brand positioning and differentiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure brand objectives are aligned and executed effectively.
- Manage brand budgets and forecast sales and expenses accurately.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Work closely with external agencies to develop creative campaigns and assets that effectively communicate brand messaging.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities to inform brand strategies.
- Manage product lifecycle and recommend product improvements or extensions to meet consumer needs and maximize profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and suppliers.
- Train and mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Contribute to the development of long-term brand plans and objectives.
- Represent the brand at industry events and conferences to promote brand visibility and networking opportunities.
- Ensure all brand activities are in line with company values, policies, and procedures.
- Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement within the brand management function.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Brand Management Experience, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry
Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Results And Meeting Deadlines.
