  1. Develop and execute brand strategies to drive growth and increase market share for assigned brands.
  2. Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities for brand positioning and differentiation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure brand objectives are aligned and executed effectively.
  4. Manage brand budgets and forecast sales and expenses accurately.
  5. Monitor and analyze brand performance data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  7. Work closely with external agencies to develop creative campaigns and assets that effectively communicate brand messaging.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities to inform brand strategies.
  9. Manage product lifecycle and recommend product improvements or extensions to meet consumer needs and maximize profitability.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and suppliers.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
  12. Contribute to the development of long-term brand plans and objectives.
  13. Represent the brand at industry events and conferences to promote brand visibility and networking opportunities.
  14. Ensure all brand activities are in line with company values, policies, and procedures.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement within the brand management function.

Job Qualifications
