- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and adapt brand messaging and visuals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, including agencies and suppliers.
- Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in brand management.
- Represent the company and its values at industry events and conferences.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
- Continuously strive to enhance the reputation and equity of the company's brands.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Brand Management, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.
Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Market Data And Trends.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
