  1. Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives to reduce the company's environmental impact.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainable practices across all business functions.
  3. Conduct research and stay updated on current NRM trends and best practices in the industry.
  4. Monitor and report on the company's progress towards sustainability goals and targets.
  5. Identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement in the company's sustainability efforts.
  6. Communicate the company's sustainability goals and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure sustainable sourcing of materials and products.
  8. Train and educate employees on sustainable practices and encourage their participation in sustainability initiatives.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and partners to advance the company's sustainability efforts.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the company's sustainability policies and procedures.
  11. Provide support and guidance to other team members in implementing sustainability practices.
  12. Participate in industry events and conferences to stay informed on sustainability trends and network with other professionals.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to sustainability.
  14. Represent the company's commitment to sustainability in all interactions with stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sustainable Resource Management Practices And A Passion For Environmental Conservation.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Execute Multiple Initiatives Simultaneously.

  • Proven Leadership Abilities, With The Aptitude To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team Of Professionals.
