- Conduct research and development activities to improve and innovate Unilever's products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and consumer needs.
- Assist in creating and implementing product development strategies.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify potential areas for product improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers to facilitate research and development.
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in technology to ensure Unilever remains at the forefront of product innovation.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects to ensure timely completion and delivery of high-quality products.
- Analyze and interpret data and results from research studies to inform decision-making.
- Support the development and execution of product testing and validation processes.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage R&D budget and resources effectively.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in product development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve R&D processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to the overall success of Unilever by actively participating in team meetings and providing valuable insights and ideas.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Chemistry, Food Science, Or Engineering.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Research And Development Role, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.
Strong Project Management Skills And Proven Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Product Development Processes, Including Formulation, Testing, And Regulatory Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels.
