Under Armour is seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift in our Receiving department. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate receipt of inventory, as well as the safe and efficient operation of warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of warehouse equipment, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to following safety protocols.   1. Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  2. Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  4. Follow all company safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of yourself and others.
  5. Perform regular equipment maintenance and report any malfunctions or issues to management.
  6. Assist with inventory counts and participate in other warehouse activities as needed.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to inventory control and quality assurance.
  9. Continuously strive for process improvement and efficiency in warehouse operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Forklift Certification: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Valid Forklift Certification, As They Will Be Responsible For Safely Operating Various Types Of Warehouse Equipment.

  • Previous Warehouse Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Warehouse Environment Is Preferred. This Experience Should Include Operating Warehouse Equipment And Performing Receiving And Inventory Tasks.

  • Attention To Detail: The Ability To Pay Close Attention To Detail Is Crucial For This Role, As The Warehouse Equipment Operator Will Be Responsible For Accurately Receiving, Storing, And Organizing Inventory.

  • Physical Fitness: This Position Requires Frequent Lifting, Carrying, And Moving Of Heavy Objects, As Well As Standing And Walking For Extended Periods Of Time. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Meet The Physical Demands Of The Job.

  • Team Player: As Part Of A Larger Warehouse Team, The Warehouse Equipment Operator Must Be Able To Work Collaboratively And Communicate Effectively With Other Team Members. They Should Also Be Willing To Assist With Other Tasks As Needed, And Have A Positive Attitude Towards Their Work.
