Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, from receiving and storing merchandise to fulfilling orders and maintaining inventory accuracy. - Receive, inspect, and track incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Organize and store merchandise in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Fulfill customer orders by picking and packing items accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reporting any discrepancies.
- Utilize warehouse management systems and equipment to facilitate daily operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing and shipping of orders.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to address any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to promote overall efficiency.
- Continuously seek ways to improve warehouse processes and procedures.
- Meet productivity goals and performance standards set by management.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks and duties as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Prior Warehouse Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Warehouse Environment, Preferably In A Retail Or Distribution Setting.
Forklift Certification: Under Armor May Require Candidates To Have A Valid Forklift Certification In Order To Safely Operate Equipment And Move Inventory Within The Warehouse.
Attention To Detail: Warehouse Associates At Under Armor Will Be Responsible For Accurately Picking, Packing, And Labeling Products, So Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure The Right Products Are Sent To The Right Location.
Physical Stamina: This Role May Require Frequent Lifting, Carrying, And Standing For Extended Periods Of Time, So Candidates Should Be Physically Capable Of Performing These Tasks.
Team Player: The Ability To Work Well With A Team And Communicate Effectively Is Important In A Warehouse Setting. Candidates Should Be Able To Collaborate With Others To Ensure Efficient And Accurate Completion Of Tasks.
