1. Receive and process incoming shipments of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to designated areas.
2. Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and organize inventory.
3. Maintain inventory levels by accurately logging and recording all incoming and outgoing shipments.
4. Inspect and report any damages or discrepancies in shipments, working with appropriate team members to resolve issues.
5. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
6. Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, including keeping aisles and work areas clean and free of clutter.
7. Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and prepare shipments for distribution to retail stores and customers.
8. Use inventory management systems to track and locate merchandise within the warehouse.
9. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
10. Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment by fostering open communication and teamwork.
11. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company products and procedures.
13. Maintain a strong understanding of our brand and products in order to provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
14. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting productivity and accuracy goals.
15. Continuously seek ways to improve warehouse processes and suggest ideas for increased efficiency.
