Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Corporate Real Estate to join our team and lead our rapidly growing real estate portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our corporate real estate strategy, from site selection and lease negotiations to project management and occupancy planning. To be successful in this role, you must possess a unique blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and real estate expertise.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate real estate strategy to support the growth and success of Under Armour.
  2. Lead and manage a team of real estate professionals to effectively execute all aspects of the real estate portfolio.
  3. Oversee site selection and due diligence processes for new locations, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives.
  4. Negotiate lease agreements and manage landlord relationships to secure favorable terms for the company.
  5. Develop and manage budgets for real estate projects, including forecasting and reporting on expenses.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure real estate projects are aligned with business needs and timelines.
  7. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new locations or potential cost savings.
  8. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate and construction.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including brokers, contractors, and vendors.
  10. Monitor and track real estate market trends and proactively make recommendations for adjustments to the company's real estate strategy.
  11. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective management of the real estate portfolio.
  12. Oversee project management for all real estate projects, including design, construction, and occupancy planning.
  13. Represent the company in negotiations and meetings with local government officials and community stakeholders.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and drive cost savings in real estate operations.
  15. Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on all matters related to corporate real estate.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Corporate Real Estate, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Large-Scale Real Estate Projects, Including Lease Negotiations, Acquisitions, And Dispositions.

  • Strong Financial Acumen And Ability To Create And Manage Real Estate Budgets And Forecasts.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal Stakeholders And External Partners.

Compensation
