If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Supply Planner at Under Armor.As a Supply Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our global supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and developing production plans to meet customer demands and company goals.To excel in this role, you must have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.   1. Forecast demand for products based on historical data, market trends, and customer needs.
  2. Develop and maintain inventory targets and levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  3. Monitor and analyze inventory levels to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  4. Create and maintain production plans to meet customer demand and company goals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication regarding supply chain activities.
  6. Continuously review and optimize supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  7. Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  8. Monitor and report on production and inventory performance metrics.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  12. Provide support during supply chain disruptions or unexpected changes.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  14. Conduct regular analysis and reporting to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any supply chain issues and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  16. Train and mentor junior supply planning team members.
  17. Participate in supply chain planning meetings and provide insights and recommendations.
  18. Stay updated on global trade regulations and ensure compliance in all supply chain activities.
  19. Develop and maintain documentation for all supply chain processes.
  20. Adhere to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Planning Or Inventory Management.

  • Proficiency In Supply Planning Software And Advanced Excel Skills.
