1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including sales, inventory, and employee performance.
2. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
3. Train and develop retail staff to provide outstanding product knowledge and customer service, while also motivating them to meet and exceed sales goals.

5. Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met to showcase the brand and products in an appealing manner.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
7. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
8. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them reach their full potential.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to provide valuable insights and recommendations for the store.
11. Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
12. Work closely with the Store Manager to set and achieve store sales targets and goals.
13. Adhere to all Under Armour brand values and standards, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
14. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, leading by example and promoting a strong team dynamic.
