- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Create a positive and energetic work environment that reflects the Under Armor brand values
- Train and develop new and existing team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure individual and collective success
- Act as a role model for the team, embodying the Under Armor brand and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle
- Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and excellent customer service at all times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising to maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with upper management to implement and maintain company initiatives and promotions
- Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement within the store and team.
At Least 3 Years Of Previous Retail Management Experience, Preferably In A Similar Environment Such As Sporting Goods Or Athletic Apparel.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Motivate And Supervise A Team Of Sales Associates.
Knowledge And Passion For The Under Armor Brand And Products, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of The Athletic Apparel Industry.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And Ability To Build And Maintain Positive Relationships With Customers.
Strong Organizational And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Responsibilities Effectively.
