Store Supervisor

1. Lead and manage a team of store associates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
2. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, customer service, and company policies and procedures.
3. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
4. Ensure the store is properly staffed at all times and schedule employees accordingly.
5. Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
6. Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase the brand and products effectively.
7. Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
9. Collaborate with other store supervisors and managers to share best practices and achieve company-wide goals.
10. Uphold company standards and policies, including loss prevention and safety protocols.
11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
12. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
13. Proactively identify and address any operational or staffing issues to ensure smooth store operations.
14. Represent the brand and maintain a strong brand image in the community through active involvement in local events and initiatives.
15. Foster a culture of teamwork, positivity, and excellence within the store.
