Job Description

As a Store Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our mission by overseeing the daily operations of our retail store.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
  3. Train and develop new and existing team members on Under Armour products, brand values, and customer service standards.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make strategic merchandising and inventory management decisions.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and loss prevention measures.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to provide feedback and insights from the retail store level.
  7. Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  8. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Maintain a strong knowledge of Under Armour products, industry trends, and competition to provide expert recommendations to customers and team members.
  11. Continuously strive to improve store operations and customer experience through implementing new processes and initiatives.
  12. Represent the Under Armour brand and uphold its values in all interactions with customers and team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing A Team And Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Lead And Motivate Employees.

  • Retail Management Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Management Is Required For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales, Managing Inventory, And Ensuring Excellent Customer Service.

  • Organizational And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Store Supervisor Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Daily Operations Of The Store, Including Scheduling, Inventory Management, And Handling Customer Complaints. Strong Organizational And Problem-Solving Skills Are Crucial For This Role.
