We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team and help drive our brand forward. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of passionate individuals. We are looking for someone with a strong retail background, a passion for fitness and sports, and excellent leadership skills.   1. Oversee daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining store appearance.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of employees to reach their full potential and meet sales goals.
  4. Train and mentor new employees on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
  6. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
  7. Collaborate with other store supervisors and company leaders to develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to make informed decisions and remain competitive in the market.
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Manage and adhere to store budgets and financial goals set by the company.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all local, state, and federal laws.
  12. Organize and schedule employee shifts and breaks to ensure adequate staffing at all times.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to promote growth and development.
  14. Continuously strive to improve store processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  15. Maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services to assist customers and provide product recommendations.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Guide A Team Of Store Associates Towards Achieving Sales Targets And Maintaining A High Level Of Customer Satisfaction.

  • Retail Experience: Previous Experience In Retail, Preferably In A Supervisory Role, Is Essential To Understand The Dynamics Of A Store Environment And Handle Day-To-Day Operations, Such As Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Store Maintenance.

  • Knowledge Of Under Armor Products: A Deep Understanding And Knowledge Of Under Armor Products Is Necessary To Effectively Train And Guide Store Associates, Assist Customers In Their Buying Decisions, And Ensure That The Store Is Well-Stocked With The Latest Products.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Customers, Store Associates, And Upper Management Is Crucial For A Store Supervisor. This Includes Active Listening, Resolving Customer Complaints, And Providing Feedback To The Management Team.

  • Sales And Customer Service Oriented: The Store Supervisor Should Have A Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, As Well As Providing Exceptional Customer Service. This Includes Developing And Implementing Sales Strategies, Monitoring Sales Performance, And Ensuring A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers.
