Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Stock Keyholder, PT (32 hours). As a key member of our retail team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-stocked and organized, providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of inventory management.   1. Maintain accurate and organized inventory levels to ensure the store is well-stocked at all times.
  2. Monitor and track inventory levels, making recommendations for restocking and reordering as needed.
  3. Oversee the receiving and processing of new merchandise, ensuring it is properly priced and displayed.
  4. Collaborate with the retail team to create and implement effective merchandising strategies.
  5. Train and mentor new team members on proper inventory management procedures and techniques.
  6. Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  7. Keep the stock room clean, organized, and easily accessible for the retail team.
  8. Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service on the sales floor when needed.
  9. Communicate with store management regarding any inventory-related concerns or issues.
  10. Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and their locations within the store.
  11. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  12. Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and targets.
  13. Continuously strive to improve inventory management processes and procedures.
  14. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best shopping experience for customers.
  15. Act as a role model for other team members and demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Retail Or Customer Service Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With Previous Experience In A Supervisory Or Keyholder Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Customers And Team Members Effectively.

  • Knowledge Of Stockroom Procedures And Inventory Management.

  • Availability To Work 32 Hours Per Week, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays.
