- Stock inventory: Responsible for receiving, organizing, and stocking merchandise in a timely manner to ensure the store is fully stocked with the latest Under Armor products.
- Maintain store appearance: Regularly check and restock merchandise on the sales floor to maintain a clean and organized store appearance.
- Monitor inventory levels: Keep track of inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure popular products are always in stock and available for customers.
- Assist with deliveries: Receive and organize shipments of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
- Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other team members to ensure the store is always fully stocked and to assist with any customer needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, helping them find the products they need and answering any questions they may have.
- Understand product knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest Under Armor products, their features, and benefits to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment: Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the stockroom and sales floor to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for customers and team members.
- Follow company policies: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to inventory management and customer service.
- Be a brand ambassador: Represent the Under Armor brand and its values in all interactions with customers and team members.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills
Previous Retail Or Stockroom Experience Preferred
Ability To Lift And Move Up To 50 Pounds
