Stock Associate

1. Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure efficient and accurate inventory tracking.
2. Receive and process incoming merchandise, including unpacking, labeling, and stocking shelves.
3. Conduct regular inventory counts and communicate any discrepancies to management.
4. Keep track of low stock items and notify management to reorder as needed.
5. Follow company policies and procedures for handling and storing merchandise.
6. Maintain a neat and organized sales floor by restocking shelves and merchandise as needed.
7. Assist customers in finding products and provide exceptional customer service.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure all merchandise is displayed in an attractive and organized manner.
9. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively assist customers.
10. Assist with visual merchandising and window displays as needed.
11. Keep work area clean and free of hazards to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
12. Communicate effectively with management regarding any issues or concerns related to stock and inventory.
13. Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
14. Take initiative to learn and understand the brand and its products to effectively assist customers.
15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
16. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
