  1. Develop and implement compensation strategies and programs for all levels of employees, aligned with the company's overall objectives and values.
  2. Conduct thorough analyses of market trends and industry practices to ensure competitive and innovative compensation packages.
  3. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to design and implement new compensation plans and structures.
  4. Conduct regular audits and reviews of existing compensation plans to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
  5. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of compensation programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure they are meeting business goals.
  6. Provide guidance and support to HR and leadership teams on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary recommendations, and promotions.
  7. Keep up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and ensure compliance.
  8. Conduct research and benchmarking to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external compensation consultants and vendors.
  10. Communicate and educate employees on compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
  11. Lead and participate in compensation-related projects and initiatives.
  12. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  13. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in compensation and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the compensation team.
  15. Uphold the company's values and ensure that all compensation practices are aligned with them.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Analysis, Preferably In A Retail Or Athletic Apparel Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Compensation Principles And Practices, Including Job Evaluation, Salary Structures, And Incentive Programs.

  • Experience With Hris Systems And Data Analysis Tools, Such As Excel Or Tableau.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Design And Implement Competitive Compensation Programs.
