- Develop and execute tactical initiatives to support the overall marketing strategy of Under Armor.
- Manage and oversee complex marketing projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of marketing efforts.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategy and tactics.
- Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage the budget for marketing operations and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, identifying opportunities to enhance marketing efforts.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
- Communicate and present marketing plans and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes and procedures for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Uphold brand standards and guidelines in all marketing materials and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in marketing activities.
- Represent Under Armor at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and build relationships.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the marketing leadership team, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field. Mba Preferred.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Marketing Operations, With A Focus On Tactical Execution And Project Management.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team To Drive Successful Marketing Campaigns And Initiatives.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Marketing Tools And Technologies, Including Crm Systems, Marketing Automation Platforms, And Social Media Management Tools.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Strategic Marketing Plans And Achieving Measurable Results.
