In this role, you will serve as a crucial member of our sales team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring the overall success of our store. To excel in this position, you must possess a strong passion for the Under Armor brand, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success.   1. Greet and welcome customers to the store, providing a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Serve as a brand ambassador for Under Armor, promoting and embodying the company's values and mission.
  3. Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Under Armor products to provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding the right products for their needs.
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers, upselling and cross-selling products, and utilizing effective sales techniques.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and restocked.
  6. Act as a keyholder and assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  7. Train and mentor new team members on sales strategies, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
  8. Continuously seek out new sales opportunities, including approaching customers on the sales floor and following up on leads.
  9. Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement sales strategies to drive store performance.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to make informed recommendations for product selection and sales techniques.
  11. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  12. Assist with special events and promotions to drive sales and create a positive customer experience.
  13. Maintain a strong understanding of company policies and procedures and ensure they are followed by all team members.
  14. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to continuously improve sales and customer service skills.
  15. Represent Under Armor in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Retail Sales Experience, Preferably In The Sporting Goods Or Athletic Apparel Industry.
