We are currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Keyholder at Under Armor. As a keyholder, you will play a vital role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service while representing our brand.   1. Drive Sales: The Sales Keyholder will be responsible for driving sales and meeting sales targets set by the company. This includes actively engaging with customers, promoting products, and utilizing strong sales techniques to increase revenue.
  2. Provide Excellent Customer Service: The Sales Keyholder will be the face of the company and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. This includes greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns.
  3. Represent the Brand: As a keyholder, it is important to embody the Under Armor brand and its values. The Sales Keyholder will be responsible for maintaining a professional appearance, upholding company standards, and promoting the brand in a positive manner.
  4. Maintain Store Operations: The Sales Keyholder will assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. They will also ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  5. Train and Mentor Sales Team: The Sales Keyholder will work closely with the sales team to train and mentor them on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills. They will also provide feedback and support to help team members reach their full potential.
  6. Stay Up-to-Date on Product Knowledge: It is important for the Sales Keyholder to have a strong understanding of the Under Armor products. They will be responsible for staying up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively sell and promote them to customers.
  7. Meet and Exceed Goals: The Sales Keyholder will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals set by the company. They will utilize their strong sales skills and product knowledge to drive sales and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Sales Experience: A Strong Candidate For The Sales Keyholder Position At Under Armor Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Sales Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Keyholder, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Sales Team And Ensuring Smooth Operations. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Motivate And Guide Their Team Towards Achieving Sales Targets.

  • Knowledge Of Under Armor Products: Since The Sales Keyholder Will Be Responsible For Promoting And Selling Under Armor Products, They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Brand, Its Mission, And Its Products. This Will Help Them To Effectively Communicate The Brand's Value To Customers And Drive Sales.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: The Sales Keyholder Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Both Customers And Their Team Members. They Should Also Possess Exceptional Customer Service Skills To Ensure A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: Under Armor Stores Can Be Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environments, So The Sales Keyholder Should Be Able To Adapt To Changing Situations And Handle Multiple Tasks At Once. They Should Also Be Willing To Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings And Weekends, To Meet The Store's Needs.
