- Drive Sales: The Sales Keyholder will be responsible for actively promoting and selling Under Armor products to customers. This includes utilizing sales techniques and product knowledge to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Support Store Manager: The Sales Keyholder will assist the store manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring the store is properly staffed.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: The Sales Keyholder will serve as a brand ambassador and provide exceptional customer service to all customers, creating a positive and welcoming shopping experience.
- Maintain Product Knowledge: The Sales Keyholder will stay up-to-date on product features and benefits, as well as industry trends and competitor products, in order to effectively communicate with customers and make recommendations.
- Train and Develop Team Members: The Sales Keyholder will assist in training and coaching sales associates on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service to ensure a high-performing and knowledgeable team.
- Meet Sales Targets: The Sales Keyholder will be responsible for meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets, as set by the store manager.
- Merchandising and Visual Display: The Sales Keyholder will assist in merchandising and visual display of products to attract and engage customers and maintain a visually appealing store.
