Welcome to Under Armor! We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Keyholder. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales and promoting our brand to our valued customers. We are looking for someone with a passion for sales, a strong understanding of customer service, and excellent communication skills.   1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and answering any questions or concerns they may have.
  3. Actively engage with customers to promote Under Armour's brand and products.
  4. Utilize strong sales techniques to drive revenue and meet sales goals.
  5. Assist in creating a positive and inviting atmosphere within the store.
  6. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Under Armour's products, services, and promotions.
  7. Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
  8. Maintain a neat and organized sales floor by restocking merchandise and keeping displays clean and attractive.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  10. Serve as a role model for excellent customer service and sales skills to other team members.
  11. Communicate any customer feedback or issues to the store manager.
  12. Act as a point of contact for store management in the absence of the manager.
  13. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through trainings and self-education.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and loss prevention.
  15. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by fostering open communication and teamwork.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Sales Experience: A Successful Sales Keyholder At Under Armour Should Have A Strong Background In Sales, With Proven Experience In Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets. This Could Include Previous Roles In Retail, Customer Service, Or Related Fields.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Keyholder, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Sales Associates And Ensuring That They Are Motivated, Trained, And Meeting Their Goals. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Are Essential Qualifications For This Role.

  • Product Knowledge: Under Armour Offers A Wide Range Of Products, From Athletic Apparel To Footwear And Accessories. A Sales Keyholder Should Have A Strong Understanding Of These Products, Including Their Features And Benefits, To Effectively Assist Customers And Make Recommendations.

  • Customer Service Skills: Under Armour Values Exceptional Customer Service, And A Sales Keyholder Should Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Provide A Positive And Memorable Shopping Experience For Customers. This Could Include The Ability To Handle Customer Complaints And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise.

  • Availability And Flexibility: Sales Keyholders At Under Armour May Be Required To Work Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays, So Flexibility In Scheduling Is Important. This Role May Also Involve Opening Or Closing The Store, So The Ability To Work Early Mornings Or Late Nights May Be Required.
