Welcome to Under Armor, a global leader in performance apparel, footwear, and accessories. We are currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Keyholder. As a Sales Keyholder, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.   1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering their questions, and resolving any concerns or issues.
  3. Act as a brand ambassador by having a thorough knowledge of Under Armour products and promoting the brand's values and mission.
  4. Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, making product recommendations, and upselling additional items.
  5. Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing to create an inviting shopping experience for customers.
  6. Assist in receiving and restocking merchandise to maintain proper inventory levels.
  7. Monitor and maintain store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and loss prevention.
  8. Train and mentor new sales associates on Under Armour products, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  9. Collaborate with the store manager to set and achieve sales goals, as well as identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  10. Act as a keyholder, responsible for opening and closing the store, handling cash and credit transactions, and ensuring the store is secure and properly locked up at the end of the day.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor information to provide the best service and recommendations to customers.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by actively promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication with all team members.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure a safe and professional work environment.
  14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and provide feedback and suggestions for improving sales strategies and processes.
  15. Attend and actively participate in training sessions, meetings, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Sales Experience: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Sales Position, Preferably In A Similar Industry Or With A Well-Known Brand.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates, As Well As Delegate Tasks And Responsibilities Effectively.

  • Excellent Customer Service: Proven Track Record Of Providing Exceptional Customer Service And Building Strong Relationships With Customers.

  • Product Knowledge: In-Depth Knowledge Of Under Armor Products, As Well As The Ability To Stay Up-To-Date On New Products And Promotions.
