As a keyholder, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.   1. Greet and welcome customers with a positive and friendly attitude, representing the Under Armor brand.
  2. Serve as a key member of the retail team, responsible for driving sales and achieving individual and team targets.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  4. Utilize strong knowledge of Under Armor products to assist customers in finding the best fit and style for their needs.
  5. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating excellent leadership skills and promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  6. Maintain a deep understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store policies and procedures.
  7. Ensure that the store is always well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing to customers.
  8. Collaborate with management to create and implement sales strategies to increase store revenue.
  9. Train and mentor new team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies.
  10. Act as a point of contact for escalated customer issues, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to make informed sales decisions.
  12. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting and reconciling cash drawers and ensuring store security.
  13. Maintain a strong understanding of company values and actively promote them in all interactions with customers and team members.
  14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals, while maintaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
  15. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company updates, new products, and sales techniques.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate For A Sales Keyholder Position At Under Armor Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Sales Experience, Preferably In A Retail Environment. This Experience Should Include Proven Success In Meeting Sales Targets And Providing Excellent Customer Service.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Sales Keyholder, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing And Leading A Team Of Sales Associates. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Coach Team Members, Are Essential For This Role.

  • Product Knowledge: Under Armor Offers A Wide Range Of Products, Including Athletic Apparel, Footwear, And Accessories. A Sales Keyholder Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of These Products And Be Able To Effectively Communicate Their Features And Benefits To Customers.

  • Organizational Skills: This Role Requires The Candidate To Oversee Store Operations, Including Inventory Management, Scheduling, And Opening/Closing Procedures. Strong Organizational Skills Are Necessary To Ensure The Store Runs Smoothly And Efficiently.

  • Passion For Fitness: Under Armor Is A Brand That Promotes An Active Lifestyle, And A Sales Keyholder Should Embody This Passion For Fitness. This Includes Having A Strong Understanding Of The Brand's Values And Being Able To Convey Them To Customers In A Genuine And Enthusiastic Manner.
