
Sales Keyholder

- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving overall store performance.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases.
- Continuously maintain a positive and welcoming store environment for customers.
- Utilize strong knowledge of Under Armor products to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Proactively engage with customers to build relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's policies and procedures to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Support the Store Manager in maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring the store is always well-stocked and organized.
- Help with inventory management and restocking of products as needed.
- Act as a role model for the team by consistently representing the Under Armor brand and upholding company values.
- Assist in training and coaching new team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the Store Manager.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
Previous Sales Experience: A Sales Keyholder At Under Armor Should Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Sales Experience, Preferably In A Retail Environment Or Within The Sports Apparel Industry. This Experience Should Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Sales Techniques And Customer Service.
Leadership Skills: As A Key Member Of The Sales Team, The Sales Keyholder Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Motivate And Guide Other Team Members. Previous Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role Is Preferred.
Product Knowledge: Under Armor Is A Specialized Brand With A Wide Range Of Products. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Knowledge And Passion For The Brand And Its Products. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Communicate The Features And Benefits Of The Products To Customers.
Customer Service Skills: One Of The Key Responsibilities Of A Sales Keyholder Is To Provide Exceptional Customer Service. This Requires Strong Communication Skills, The Ability To Listen And Understand Customer Needs, And The Ability To Problem Solve And Handle Difficult Situations.
Time Management And Organizational Skills: The Sales Keyholder Will Be Responsible For Opening And Closing The Store, Managing Inventory, And Handling Cash And Credit Transactions. Strong Time Management And Organizational Skills Are Essential For This Role To Ensure Smooth And Efficient Store Operations.
