Welcome to the Under Armor team! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Keyholder to join our retail store. As a Sales Keyholder, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.   1. Drive Sales: The primary responsibility of the Sales Keyholder will be to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets for the retail store.
  2. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: The Sales Keyholder will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  3. Lead by Example: The Sales Keyholder will be expected to lead by example and set a high standard for the rest of the team in terms of sales, customer service, and overall performance.
  4. Coach and Train Team Members: The Sales Keyholder will be responsible for coaching and training new team members, as well as providing ongoing support and guidance to the existing team.
  5. Monitor Inventory Levels: The Sales Keyholder will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that the store is stocked with the latest and most popular Under Armor products.
  6. Maintain Visual Merchandising Standards: The Sales Keyholder will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and presentation of the store, ensuring that it is visually appealing and in line with Under Armor's brand standards.
  7. Collaborate with Store Management: The Sales Keyholder will work closely with store management to develop sales strategies, set goals, and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Stay Up-to-Date with Product Knowledge: The Sales Keyholder will be responsible for staying up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and technology, in order to effectively sell and upsell to customers.
  9. Uphold Company Policies and Procedures: The Sales Keyholder will be expected to uphold all company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, customer service, and employee conduct.
  10. Embody the Under Armor Brand: The Sales Keyholder will be expected to embody the Under Armor brand and its values, and promote a positive and inclusive culture within the store.
  11. Assist with Store Operations: The Sales Keyholder may be required to assist with various store operations, such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Retail Sales Experience, Preferably In A Similar High-End Athletic Apparel Brand.
