- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products.
- Uphold the Under Armor brand by maintaining store visual standards, merchandising products effectively, and representing the brand image.
- Act as a leader within the retail team, setting a positive example for other employees and motivating them to achieve sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Train and mentor new team members to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and able to provide excellent customer service.
- Handle all sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and inventory management.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, completing inventory counts, and restocking merchandise as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom, adhering to all safety and security protocols.
- Continuously stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitors to provide the best possible service to customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and assist in enforcing them to maintain a professional and ethical work environment.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Retail Sales, Preferably In A Sports Apparel Or Athletic Wear Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, With A Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets.
Extensive Knowledge Of Under Armor Products And The Ability To Effectively Communicate Product Features And Benefits To Customers.
Excellent Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Customers And Provide A Positive Shopping Experience.
Flexibility To Work A Variety Of Shifts, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays, As Well As The Ability To Travel To Different Store Locations If Needed.
