  1. Drive Sales: The Sales Keyholder will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the company by effectively promoting and selling Under Armor products to customers.
  2. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: The Sales Keyholder will ensure that all customers receive exceptional service by greeting them, answering questions, and assisting with their needs to create a positive shopping experience.
  3. Lead a Team: This role will involve leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  4. Sales Strategy Development: The Sales Keyholder will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet company goals.
  5. Product Knowledge: It will be the responsibility of the Sales Keyholder to have a deep understanding of Under Armor products and be able to communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  6. Training and Development: This role will involve training and coaching sales associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell Under Armor products.
  7. Inventory Management: The Sales Keyholder will be responsible for managing and organizing inventory, including restocking shelves and ensuring adequate stock levels.
  8. Sales Reporting: This position will involve tracking and reporting on sales metrics, such as revenue, customer feedback, and inventory levels, to management.
  9. Brand Ambassador: The Sales Keyholder will represent the Under Armor brand and promote its values and mission to customers and the sales team.
  10. Maintain Store Appearance: It will be the responsibility of the Sales Keyholder to ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers at all times.
  11. Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: The Sales Keyholder will stay informed about current trends and developments in the sports and fitness industry to better understand customer needs and preferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Retail Sales Experience: A Successful Candidate For A Sales Keyholder Position At Under Armor Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Sales, Preferably In A Sports Apparel Or Athletic Retail Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Keyholder, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing And Leading A Team Of Sales Associates. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Such As The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance, And Motivate Team Members.

  • Knowledge Of Under Armor Products: A Deep Understanding And Knowledge Of Under Armor Products Is Essential For A Sales Keyholder. This Includes Knowledge Of The Brand's History, Product Features And Benefits, And The Ability To Effectively Communicate This Information To Customers.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Providing Exceptional Customer Service Is Crucial In Retail Sales, And A Sales Keyholder Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. They Should Be Able To Build Rapport With Customers, Address Their Needs And Concerns, And Provide A Positive Shopping Experience.

  • Organizational And Time Management Skills: A Sales Keyholder At Under Armor Will Be Responsible For Various Tasks, Including Opening And Closing The Store, Managing Inventory, And Delegating Tasks To Team Members.
