As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. Along with a positive attitude and strong communication skills, we are looking for candidates with previous retail sales experience and a knowledge of athletic apparel and gear. - Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Under Armor products, including athletic apparel and gear.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to drive product and accessory sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise on the sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay updated on current sales and promotions to effectively communicate to customers.

Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Such As Retail Or Hospitality, Is Important For A Sales Associate At Under Armor. This Ensures They Understand How To Provide Exceptional Customer Service And Handle Any Customer Concerns Or Complaints.
Knowledge Of Sports And Fitness: Under Armor Primarily Sells Sports And Fitness Apparel, So Knowledge And Interest In Sports And Fitness Is Necessary For A Sales Associate. This Will Help Them Understand The Products And Effectively Communicate Their Features And Benefits To Customers.
Sales Experience: While Not Required, Previous Sales Experience Can Be Beneficial For A Sales Associate At Under Armor. This Includes Experience In Meeting Sales Targets, Upselling, And Cross-Selling, As Well As Knowledge Of Sales Techniques And Strategies.
