- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers by greeting and assisting them in a friendly and professional manner.

- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture by actively participating in team meetings and offering support and assistance to coworkers.
Previous Sales Experience: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have Prior Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Retail Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Interact With Customers, Understand Their Needs, And Close Deals Effectively.
Knowledge Of Sports And Fitness: Under Armor Specializes In Sports Apparel And Equipment, So A Strong Understanding And Interest In Sports And Fitness Is Crucial For A Sales Associate. This Will Help Them Connect With Customers And Provide Valuable Product Recommendations.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Sales Associate, One Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Colleagues, And Managers. This Includes Being Able To Listen Actively, Explain Product Features, And Handle Customer Complaints Professionally.
