  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products.
  3. Utilize product knowledge to make recommendations and help customers find the right products for their needs.
  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are displayed effectively.
  6. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling products.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets.
  11. Assist with inventory management and replenishment of products.
  12. Report any customer feedback, product issues, or concerns to management.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Attend and participate in training and development sessions to enhance sales and customer service skills.
  15. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Sales Associate At Under Armor Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Promote The Brand's Products.

  • Sales Experience: Prior Experience In A Sales Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry, Is A Desirable Qualification For A Sales Associate At Under Armor. This Includes Experience In Customer Service, Product Demonstration, And Upselling Techniques.

  • Knowledge Of Athletic Apparel: A Sales Associate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Under Armor's Product Line And The Athletic Apparel Industry As A Whole. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Types Of Athletic Wear, Their Features, And Benefits.

  • Team Player: Under Armor Values Teamwork And Collaboration, So The Ideal Candidate For A Sales Associate Position Should Be A Team Player Who Can Work Well With Others In A Fast-Paced Retail Environment.

  • Customer-Focused Attitude: A Sales Associate Should Have A Customer-Focused Attitude And Be Able To Provide Exceptional Customer Service. This Includes Being Friendly, Approachable, And Knowledgeable About The Products To Assist Customers In Making Informed Purchasing Decisions.
